ACCESS + ACCOUNT
Why can’t I access the shop?
Our dispensary is under lock and key. To view remedy listings, pricing, and place orders, you’ll need to create a practitioner account and have it verified. Once approved, you’ll have full access to the shop and all client dispensing options.
How can I access the remedies?
Our shop is under lock and key — available exclusively to approved practitioners and students. To access pricing, remedy listings, and ordering, you’ll first need to create an account and have it verified. Once approved, you’ll have full access to the practitioner portal.
Who can order from The Edit Dispensary?
Our service is available exclusively to qualified homeopaths, supervised students, and approved practitioners. If you’re currently studying, we may request supervisor details before setting up your account.
ORDERS + SHIPPING
How long does it take to receive my order?
All remedies are dispensed to order. Shipping times vary by location but are typically 1–5 days within Australia.
- Standard turnaround: 2–5 business days
- Express orders: 1–3 business days
Can I pick up my order?
Yes — the dispensary is located in Preston, Victoria.
Select ‘Local Pickup’ at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection. Please note that pickups are by appointment only, as we’re a working dispensary.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship within Australia only, but international fulfillment is planned for a later phase.
What if I have multiple orders?
You have two options:
- Individual client orders — Place a separate order for each client, and we’ll send them out individually.
(For example, if you have two clients, you’ll need to place two separate orders.) - Bulk order to you — If you’d prefer to receive all remedies together, you can place one combined order with everything required and have it shipped directly to you. You can then distribute to your clients as needed.
Both options are completely fine — simply choose what works best for your practice flow.
What should I do if something arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please let us know within 72 hours of delivery. Email dispensary@theinneredit.com.au with your order number and a brief description (or photo if helpful). We’ll review it and arrange a replacement or remake as quickly as possible. Every bottle is prepared to order, so while errors are rare, we’ll always make it right.
How should remedies be stored?
You already know the drill — cool, dry, away from heat, odours, and EMFs.
If you’re dispensing to clients, you can pass that reminder along — it never hurts.
DISPENSING + REMEDIES
What dilution do you use when dispensing client remedies?
Our standard base is a 30/70 split — approximately 13% alcohol dilution.
We find this to be the sweet spot for prescription and chronic-use remedies, as they’re used frequently and don’t need to be preserved for long-term storage like first-aid kits. It’s also a gentler, kid-friendly ratio without compromising shelf life or potency.
Can I include sarcodes, nosodes, or isodes in my blends?
Yes — provided you’re a qualified practitioner or supervised student, you can include any remedy from our available range.
Do you offer pillules as well as liquids?
Yes. We offer both liquid and pillule formats, depending on purpose:
- Medicating stock: available in liquid (5ml, 10ml, 15ml) or ½-dram pillules (bottled in 5ml vials)
- Client dispensing: available in liquid (10ml, 15ml, 30ml) at a 13% dilution or 10g pillules
What if my client cannot take alcohol?
We understand that some clients prefer to avoid alcohol for personal, cultural, or health reasons. Our pillule option is a suitable alternative — while pillules are medicated using a 95% alcohol base, the alcohol is evaporated during preparation, leaving only the energetic imprint of the remedy.
If alcohol-free dosing is preferred, clients can also dispense each dose into a small amount of water before taking, or administer pillules directly into the mouth.
If you have a client who needs an alcohol-free preparation, simply select pillules at checkout or note this in your order form.
Will dosing instructions appear on the label?
Yes — however, due to limited space, only basic dosing details can be included.
Practitioners should provide clear dosing directions and frequency to their clients directly, either verbally or in writing, to accompany the remedy.
If you’d like us to include your specific dosing instructions with the package, please let us know when placing your order.
Can I get help choosing remedies?
The Edit Dispensary doesn’t provide clinical advice — remedy selection remains the responsibility of the prescribing practitioner
LABELLING + BRANDING
Can I choose my label design?
Yes. You can select from four options — two designs, each available in two colourways.
All labels are printed on PP stock for a clean, water-resistant, professional finish.
Will there be more label options?
We’re guided by you — the practitioners and brands who use the dispensary.
If there’s a particular colourway or style you’d love to see, let us know.
We’re always open to expanding the range based on demand.
PRICING + PAYMENTS
How does pricing work?
All practitioner pricing is wholesale — you’re purchasing directly from us at practitioner rates. You place and pay for the order with The Edit Dispensary, and it’s then on you to invoice or charge your client as you see fit. We don’t touch your margins — what you choose to charge your clients is entirely up to you.
Our role is to take care of the dispensing, bottling, labelling, and fulfilment behind the scenes, so you can stay focused on your clients.
Pricing is structured to give you a clear separation between your cost and the recommended retail price (RRP), leaving room for healthy, fair practitioner margins.
A full RRP guide is available on the website and will be included in your welcome email.
For reference, pricing applies only to client dispensing remedies, not medicating stock.
Notes:
- Prices include GST and cover all dispensing, bottling, and labelling.
- RRPs are a guide only — practitioners are free to set their own client pricing.
WORKING WITH US
How can I work with The Edit Dispensary?
You can float in and out of The Edit Dispensary as needed — and that’s completely okay.
We understand the excitement (and sometimes chaos) of building your own dispensary. Our role is simply to make it as easy and seamless as possible.
Let’s run a scenario. There’s currently a 3–4 week turnaround on medicating stock with your pharmacy, so here are a few ways to keep things moving:
- Order your medicating stock through your pharmacy and place a client dispensing order with us in the meantime. We get it — time is of the essence.
- We may already have the medicating stock you need available.
- If you can’t find it listed, reach out — if it’s available as a client dispensing remedy, there’s a good chance we can prepare it for you.
However you choose to work with us — for a long time or a good time — we’re here to make it simple, measured, and beautifully done.
