Every order is prepared and dispatched from our Melbourne-based dispensary.
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, depending on volume and remedy availability. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled.

Shipping Rates + Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): $10.95
  Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on location)
• Express Shipping (Australia-wide): $14.95
  Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days (metro areas)
• Local Pickup: Available by prior arrangement only.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, your order’s tracking details will be emailed to you.
Please note: once parcels are lodged with Australia Post, delivery times are outside our control.

Packaging + Care

Each order is measured, checked, and packaged by hand to ensure accuracy and integrity. Remedies are wrapped securely to minimise breakage and environmental impact.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if anything arrives damaged or incorrect.

International Shipping

At this stage, we ship within Australia only.
International delivery may be available for registered practitioners by request — please contact us before placing your order.

Returns + Replacements

Due to the nature of homeopathic remedies, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us at dispensary@theinneredit.com.au within 48 hours, and we’ll find a resolution.
